Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ElectronXD Technologies Pvt Ltd's hardware products, embedded firmware, and Industrial IoT Cloud Platforms. By deploying our physical sensor nodes or accessing our SCADA dashboards, you agree to these enterprise terms.

2. Firmware Updates & OTA

ElectronXD reserves the right to deploy Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware updates to ensure the security, stability, and protocol compliance of industrial edge devices. While we aim for zero-downtime deployments, minor interruptions in MQTT transmission may occur during reboot cycles.

3. Uptime Disclaimer

Our cloud architecture is designed for 99.99% high availability. However, ElectronXD shall not be held liable for production losses, mechanical damages, or data gaps resulting from unpredicted cloud outages, localized network failures, or third-party ISP disruptions.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Use of our REST APIs or MQTT bridges to push telemetry to third-party ERPs or legacy SCADA systems is done at your own risk. We provide the translation gateways, but data integrity on the destination server is the client's responsibility.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from B2B hardware deployment or SaaS agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
