2. Industrial Telemetry & Monitoring Data

As a provider of Industrial IoT Cloud Platforms and smart monitoring solutions, we collect and process machine telemetry and environmental data. Specifically:

• Device Telemetry: Data transmitted from our edge gateways, ESP32 nodes, and ECU hardware (e.g., vibration, temperature, power consumption).
• Cloud Dashboard Usage: Role-based access logs, MQTT topic subscriptions, and anomaly detection metrics generated by our AI analytics engine.
• Automotive Telemetry: GPS coordinates, CAN bus analytics, and fuel monitoring data collected via our Fleet Telematics Platform.

3. Data Security & Cloud Storage

All telemetry and user data is stored securely using enterprise-grade encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest) on our PostgreSQL and Time-Series databases. We utilize secure MQTT over TLS for all device-to-cloud communications. We do not sell your industrial data to third parties.

4. B2B Communications

When you submit an inquiry for a quotation or demo, we collect your corporate email, phone number, and project requirements. This data is managed via our CRM and Zoho Mail integrations to provide customer support and project proposals.
